Rule No.1, trivial: the best rest is a change of activity, and no, we are not speaking about switching from your work to personal account on Facebook.
“Being a call center operator who hates talking with friends on the phone, I cannot see any opportunities for entertainment on the internet,” says the marketer. “Meaningless internet surfing is not about me, I am fed up with meaningful,” the expert jokes. “Let me relax just an hour a day, but this hour should be without the internet.”
Rule No.2, sanitary: do not touch internet devices for half an hour after and before bedtime. “It is like on old trains when you were not allowed to use the toilet after and before the station, remember? To keep it clean. This half an hour is really important to keep your brain clean.
Rule No.3, consistent: keep the sequence in which the information is received and processed. “Do not overload your brain with content because it would freeze,” says the expert. This means each 10 minutes which you take to consume useful information should follow with at least 5 minutes to process it and analyze.
